Interested in becoming a member and taking advantage of all the benefits?Anyone can become a member of the PassKey Club. The only requirements are to maintain an average monthly balance of $25,000 or more in any combination of your personal Franklin Savings Bank deposit accounts and maintain a Free PassKey Checking Account. If you prefer not to maintain the balance requirement, you may become a member by paying a low monthly fee of $15.00, which will be automatically debited from your FREE PassKey Checking Account.
