Can I use Online Banking with Microsoft Money or Quicken?

Yes, your history can be exported to personal finance software such as Microsoft Money, Intuit Quicken and Intuit Quickbooks.

Can other people on the Internet see my account information?

Electronic transactions are more private than traditional paper transactions. Think about all the information printed on your personal check that is easily read by anyone who handles that check---your name, address, phone number, bank name and account number, and perhaps your driver's license number or social security number. In contrast to such printed information that anyone can read, the electronic information that travels from your computer to our I-Bank24 Online Banking System is securely encoded by a complex mathematical procedure called encryption. Encryption is the scrambling of information transmitted over the Internet, for privacy and confidentiality. In addition, access to your accounts is restricted by the use of a password and other information that only you should have.

After I have signed up for Bill Pay what happens?

You can pay bills to anyone in the United States from your personal computer. After you log in to the system, click the "Pay Bill" button to send payments. Enter the requested bill payment information and click the "Submit" button. Please click here for detailed Bill Payment Instructions.

What is the cost for Bill Payment?

It is FREE for all customers with unlimited bill pay access.

Additional charges may apply for Check Copy requests, Stop Payment requests for I-Bank24 items, or NSF items.

What date should I enter as the payment date? When does it post to my checking account?

The payment date is the date you want payment sent to the payee. This is not the date your payment is due. You'll need to allow a minimum of 5 business days for your payment to reach the payee and be posted to your account. You should take this into consideration when paying bills to avoid late charges. The payment posts to your checking account on the payment date you enter.

I have payments for the same amount due at the same time each month. Is there an easy way to handle these payments?

Yes, the I-Bank24 system provides for recurring payments. You set the amount, date and payment frequency and the system will initiate the payments for you. Please click here for detailed Bill Payment Instructions.

How can I cancel a Bill Payment?

You may cancel a Bill Payment any time before 2:00 PM EST of the day the payment is scheduled to take place. Simply point to "Bill Payments" and click on "Payment List". Click the delete button on the payment you wish to remove. Please click here for detailed Bill Payment Instructions.

Are there limits on the number of transfers I can make?

Online banking poses no limits on the number of transfers you can make. However, federal regulations limit the number of withdrawals and transfers on certain types of Money Market and Savings accounts. If you are unsure about the restrictions on your accounts, call a Customer Service Representative at (603) 934-4445 or e-mail us at mybanker@fsbnh.com.

I have an account at another bank. Can I transfer funds to it from my Franklin Savings Bank account?

No, transfers can only be made between your Franklin Savings Bank accounts.

When will my Express Transfer take place?

Immediately. Express Transfers initiated through I-Bank24 post immediately to the receiving checking, savings or loan account. Express Transfers made to CheckLine accounts post on the next business day when initiated before 2:00 PM EST.

When will my Scheduled Transfer take place?

If you make a Scheduled Transfer before 2:00 PM EST, your transfer will be credited on that business day. If you make a transfer after 2:00 PM EST, the transfer will post on the next business day. You can also post future date transfers.

What is the best way to make a Franklin Savings Bank loan payment?

We recommend that you enter it as an Express Transfer because it will post on the payment day you entered and there is no fee. If you enter it as a Bill Payment, it will be sent as a paper draft and may take up to 5 business days.

Can I access my accounts from more than one location? Can I use the system at home, at work or when I'm traveling?

Yes. You can access your accounts from anywhere that you have Internet access.

Is Online Banking safe and secure?

Yes. The system features password-controlled system entry, a VeriSign-issued Digital ID for the online banking server, Secure Sockets Layers (SSL) protocol for data encryption, and a router loaded with a firewall to regulate the inflow and outflow of server traffic. For more security information, check out our Security Statement by going to our web site at www.fsbnh.com and clicking the "I-Bank24 Online Banking" button.
