If you are a current Phone24 Telephone Banking user, you may skip the I-Bank24 Online Banking Application and use your Phone24 password (PIN number).
Follow these steps:
- Click on the "Begin Using I-Bank24" button below.
- Read the I-Bank24 Online Access Agreement and click the "I Agree" button at the bottom of the page.
- In order to log into the system the first time, you are required to complete the fields listed on the screen. In the "Account Number" field enter any one of your account numbers and select the appropriate "Account Type" in the drop down box. The "Mother's Maiden Name", "Security Question", and "Security Answer" are required as they may be used to identify you when you contact the bank and request a password reset. In the "Password" field, enter your Phone24 Telephone Banking PIN#. Click the "Submit" button.
- Follow instructions to create a new "Access ID" and I-Bank24 password (must be 6 digits with at least one alpha and one numeric character).
If you have already enrolled in I-Bank24 Online Banking and have received your login information packet via the U.S. Postal Service, click on the button below and follow the step-by-step instructions to establish your online access to FSB I-Bank24 Online Banking.
